Cogent doesn't have an ETA (or didn't as of their last update to Burst), so Burst can't give anything... they don't have control over that situation.

Any other major providers effected with this?

I have a server at SM which seems just fine and another at Liquid Web which doesnt have any problems either. Not sure about EV1 as I dont have anything there anymore.
