Exim failed?

I try to restart but it is unsuccesful..

what can I do?

that's what logfiles are for. learn their locations to help you and others troubleshoot problems.

for exim, they're usually stored in /var/log/exim . the one you're interested in now is paniclog. from the last few lines, you can see what the show-stopper is.
