IP's

I have my 2 main name server ip's and a resold account with 2 name server ips that leaves me the one free, i was going to make an account and asign it the one ip as a dedicated IP to where i can just type in the ip to get to it. This dont seame to want to work. Does it have to be a name server? Cant i just give a site a dedicated IP useing WHM??

Yes you can. If you look under Account Functions in WHM there is a link that says "Change Sites IP Address" . Just click that and choose the account you want to change and assign the ip.
