Remote Reboot - Allways Chasing my Setup!!

Is it me, or whenever anyone else orders remote reboot they have to chase it up? Every server i've ordered it seems i've had to open tickets about remote reboot and request for them to be setup?

Anyone else got the same? It's hardwork trying to get a reply out of burst for remote reboots it seems

Yes, we are aware of setup delay issues on this.
