Asking to save php file

I just had everything setup (correctly, i think)
but everytime i go to the site, it asks me to save the php file.
any help ?

That generally means that apache isn't configured correctly to handle the php file, so it defaults to asking if you wish to download it.

Looks Like apache has messed up

try to rebuild the moudles
