My payment is up to date but my account has been deleted. A VPS with Plesk
and a couple of websites.
I have got a ticket, but still I did not get any answer.
The keep asking for my Pin # despite I included it in all my emails.
I have similar kind of problems every three months.
Burstnet apparently forgot to migrate one of my servers and has pulled it down since a day. When I enquired, I was told that its cancelled and my ticket was transferred to customer service. I did not cancel it, i have paid for it since 2004 till Oct 2013 and I have all the records. Its some goof up at their end and now they cannot find my server.Their Phones are also offline. I dont know where to go or what to do. This is my 2nd day this server being down.
